What is an event?
An event is a single tracked outbound action: a cold email sent, opened, or replied to, a dial, a LinkedIn touch, a booked meeting, or a CRM change. One sent email usually creates several events, so an active team generates hundreds of thousands per month. Your plan's event allowance is how many we track each month.
What happens if I hit a limit?
We prompt you before you reach a cap and again when you hit it, with a one-click upgrade. Limits are hard caps, so you are never surprised by an overage bill.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial and no card. You add a card only if you keep your workspace after the trial.
Can I change plans later?
