• Outbound event data from the tools you connect, used to produce attribution and reporting for your workspace.
• Usage data about how you interact with the product, used to operate and improve the service.

How we use data

We use data to provide the service, attribute revenue for your workspace, secure your account, and improve the product. We do not sell your data.

How we share data

We share data with infrastructure providers that operate the service on our behalf, such as hosting and database providers, under agreements that require them to protect it. We may disclose data when required by law.

Data isolation and security

Workspace data is isolated per customer. We use encryption in transit, encrypt sensitive tokens at rest, and control access by role. See our security page for more detail.

Your choices

You can access, correct, export, or delete your workspace data. To make a request, contact us at privacy@8leads.io.

Retention

We keep data for as long as your workspace is active and as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period.
