These terms govern your use of 8leads. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Your account

You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials and API keys secure, and for activity that happens under your workspace. You must provide accurate information.

Acceptable use

Use 8leads only for lawful purposes and only with data you are permitted to process. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access other workspaces, or reverse engineer the product.

Trials and billing

Paid plans start with a free trial. After the trial, continued use requires a paid plan. Plan limits are enforced, and you can change plans from your billing settings. Fees are described on the pricing page.

Your data

You retain ownership of the data you bring to 8leads. You grant us the rights needed to process it to provide the service. Our handling of data is described in the privacy policy.

Service availability

We work to keep the service available and reliable, but it is provided on an as-is basis without warranties except where required by law. Specific availability commitments are offered under Enterprise agreements.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, 8leads is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. This section will be finalized with counsel.

Termination

You can stop using 8leads at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, we delete or return your data as described in the privacy policy.
