Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of 8Leads (the Service), operated by Burhani Tech Pte. Ltd. (“8Leads”, “we”, “us”), a company incorporated in Singapore (UEN 202339391K) with its registered office at 20A Tanjong Pagar Road, Singapore 088443. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind it.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. You are responsible for your account, your workspace, everyone you invite, and for keeping your credentials secure. Tell us promptly at nurudin [at] dataleads [dot] io if you suspect unauthorized use.

2. Your content and lead data

You keep ownership of the accounts you connect, the lists you upload, and the messages you send. You grant 8Leads the permission needed to host and process that data so we can provide the Service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact the people on your lists. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Break the law, or send content that is harassing, deceptive, or harmful.
• Send to people who have asked you to stop, or who you have no lawful basis to contact.
• Spam, run scams, or misrepresent who you are.
• Interfere with the Service, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or work around its limits.

You are responsible for the volume and content of what you send. You set the pace, and you are responsible for keeping it reasonable.

4. Instagram and third parties

8Leads is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta. Automated outreach can conflict with Instagram’s terms and carries a real risk of account restriction or loss. The Service includes safeguards such as warm-up, conservative caps, health scoring, and human-like pacing, but responsible and compliant use is your responsibility, and you accept the risk to your accounts.

5. Plans, billing, and trials

Our order process and payments are conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles billing, invoicing, and applicable taxes. When you buy a subscription, you also agree to Paddle’s Buyer Terms.

• Free trial. Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to begin the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method is charged the plan fee and your subscription begins.
• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period (monthly or annually) at the then-current price until you cancel. You authorize Paddle to charge your payment method for each renewal.
• Starter pricing. The Starter plan is billed per connected Instagram account based on the quantity you select; Growth and Agency are flat plans with fixed account allowances.
• Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for; we do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial periods except as set out in our Refund Policy or as required by law.
• Taxes. Prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated. As Merchant of Record, Paddle calculates and collects any VAT, GST, or sales tax due.

Refunds are described in our Refund Policy and are processed through Paddle.

6. Intellectual property

8Leads and its software, design, and brand are owned by us. These terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you. If you send us feedback, you allow us to use it without obligation.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not guarantee specific results, reply rates, or that any account will remain in good standing.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 8Leads is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or the suspension or loss of any account. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Indemnification

You will defend and indemnify 8Leads against claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these terms.

10. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk for us or others. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your country of residence.

12. Changes

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. When we make a material change, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
