Anti-Spam Policy

1. Who this covers

This policy applies to Burhani Tech Pte. Ltd. (operator of 8leads.io) and to every domain we own or use for email, including 8leads.io and the secondary domains that redirect to it.

2. Our rules

1. We do not send unsolicited bulk email, and we do not permit our site or any of our domains to be advertised by means of unsolicited bulk email.
2. We do not buy, rent or share email lists, and we never email consumers for marketing purposes.
3. Business correspondence from our team is sent individually, by a named person, to business contacts at organizations we believe are a fit for our services. Every such message states who we are, includes our postal address and phone number, and explains how to decline further email.
4. Anyone who asks not to be contacted is added to a suppression list immediately and permanently, across all of our domains.
5. We do not use affiliates, resellers, list brokers or third-party senders to promote our sites, and we do not allow anyone outside the company to send email on our behalf or to use our domains.
6. All of our sending domains publish SPF, DKIM and DMARC so that mail that does not come from us can be identified and rejected.
7. We monitor our domains against public blocklists daily. If a domain is listed, we stop all mail from it until the cause is understood and corrected.

3. Reporting

If you believe you have received unwanted email from us, or email that misuses one of our domains, please send the full message with headers to nooruddin@8leads.io. We investigate every report and will confirm what we did about it.
