Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of 8Leads subscriptions and forms part of our Terms of Service. The Service is operated by Burhani Tech Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202339391K), Singapore. Payments and refunds are processed by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com.

1. Free trial

Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to begin the trial, but you are not charged during it. You can cancel any time before the trial ends from your billing settings and you will not be charged. Your billing page shows exactly when the trial ends and when the first charge would occur.

2. Subscriptions and renewals

When the trial ends, your subscription begins and your payment method is charged for the first period. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period (monthly or annually) until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it will not renew again.

3. Refunds

Because every paid plan begins with a free trial that lets you evaluate the Service before paying, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once charged. The following exceptions apply:

• Annual plans: 14-day money-back. If you are on an annual plan, you may request a full refund of your first annual charge within 14 days of that charge. After 14 days, the annual fee is non-refundable for the current term.
• Monthly plans. Monthly fees are not refundable for the current period. Cancel any time to prevent future renewals.
• Billing errors. Duplicate charges, or a charge that occurred after you had already cancelled in time, are refunded in full.
• Discretion. We may issue refunds outside this policy at our discretion, case by case.

4. How to request a refund

Email nurudin [at] dataleads [dot] io from your account email with the charge date and amount. Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, approved refunds are issued by Paddle back to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. You can also find billing help and your receipt in the confirmation email Paddle sent when you were charged.

5. Chargebacks

If you think a charge is wrong, please contact us first, as we can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Opening a chargeback without contacting us may lead to suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated.

6. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the law that applies to you (for example, statutory withdrawal or cancellation rights for consumers in the EU or UK). Where such rights apply, they take precedence over this policy.
