Account health and warm-up
How warm-up and health scoring keep your accounts sending for the long run.
Deliverability is the whole game. An account that keeps sending is worth more than an account that sent hard for a week and got blocked. Two systems protect that: warm-up and health scoring.
Warm-up
Every new account ramps gradually. Sending starts at a low daily number and rises over days with human-like activity, so the account builds a history before it reaches full volume. You do not have to manage the ramp by hand.
Health scoring
Each account carries a score from 0 to 100, calculated from its recent behavior: blocks, checkpoints, delivery, and reply patterns. The score drives real decisions:
- A healthy account sends at its normal cap.
- A slipping score throttles sending automatically.
- Below a safe threshold, or on a challenge, the account pauses and rests.
Caps and pacing
Daily and hourly caps, business-hours windows, and randomized gaps between sends keep every account inside safe limits. You set the ambition for a campaign, and the pacing keeps each account out of trouble.
When an account is challenged
If Instagram asks for verification, the account moves to Challenged and stops sending. Reconnect it from the account detail page and warm-up resumes at a safe level.
