Build a sequence

Design steps, delays, follow-ups, and stop-on-reply, then launch.

A sequence is the set of messages a prospect receives over time. You design it once, and the sending engine runs it for every enrolled lead, stopping the moment someone replies.

Steps and delays

  1. Add a first message. Use merge tags to make it specific to each prospect.
  2. Add a delay, for example two days, then a follow-up with a different angle.
  3. Add one or two more follow-ups if you want, each after its own delay.

Most replies come from the second or third message, so the follow-ups matter as much as the opener. Keep each one short and give a single, easy ask.

Stop on reply

Keep stop-on-reply turned on. When a prospect answers, their sequence halts immediately, so nobody receives a follow-up after they have already written back. This is on by default and we recommend leaving it that way.

Scheduling

  • Set business-hours windows so messages only go out at sensible times.
  • Sends spread across your connected accounts at human pace, inside each account cap.
  • A/B variants let you test two versions of a step against each other.

Launch

Enroll a list, activate the campaign, and watch replies arrive in the inbox.
